CentOS Linux Mail Server

Upgrade iRedAdmin-Pro-1.1.0 from iRedAdmin Free Edition on iRedMail Server - CentOS Linux Edition

iRedAdmin-Prop-1.1.0

Step1 : Edit vim /etc/openldap/slapd.conf

vim /etc/openldap/slapd.conf

Add in below line in /etc/openldap/slapd.conf

include /etc/openldap/schema/amavisd-new.schema

Step2: Restart OpenLDAP service.

service ldap restart
Stopping slapd: [ OK ]
Checking configuration files for slapd: config file testing succeeded [ OK ]
Starting slapd: [ OK ]

Step3: Uncompress full-featured edition to apache document root

cd /var/www/
tar xjf /software/iRedAdmin-Pro-1.1.1.tar.bz2

Step4:Update SQL structure

mysql -u root -p

mysql> USE iredadmin; mysql> DROP TABLE sessions; mysql> source /var/www/iRedAdmin-Pro-1.1.1/docs/samples/iredadmin.sql; Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec) Query OK, 0 rows affected, 1 warning (0.00 sec) mysql> show tables; +---------------------+ | Tables_in_iredadmin | +---------------------+ | log | | sessions | +---------------------+ 2 rows in set (0.00 sec)

Step5: Remove symbolic link to iredadmin edition

cd /var/www/
rm -i iredadmin
rm: remove symbolic link `iredadmin'? y

Step6: Copy settings.ini from open source edition to full-featured edition

Copy settings.ini from open source edition

cp /var/www/iRedAdmin-0.1.1/settings.ini /var/www/iRedAdmin-Pro-1.1.1/

Step7: Create new symbolic link

ln -s /var/www/iRedAdmin-Pro-1.1.1/ iredadmin

Step8: Restart Apache Services

service httpd restart

step9: Verify the setting

Fire up your favorite browser, type in httpS://youripaddress/iredadmin or httpS://webmailaddress/iredadmin

Now you are able to login using

username : postmaster@your-first-domain

password : yourpassword

If you forget your password created go to your IredMail installation folder then lookfor iRedMail.tips
